“Breathwork before a big family day changes everything. You can feel the difference in the room when you walk in regulated.”

Why This Hour Changes Your Whole Day

Start Easter from a Calm, Grounded Place

Easter Sunday can be beautiful — and also a lot. Family dynamics, travel, expectations, and old patterns all get activated. This session gives you a regulated baseline before any of that begins.

1. Nervous System Reset
Before the Chaos

Easter is one of the highest-pressure social days of the year. Instead of getting swept into other people’s energy, you’ll begin with a grounded, regulated nervous system.

  • Release built-up anxiety and tension
  • Shift from reactivity to intentional presence
  • Walk into gatherings as the version of you you actually want to be

2. A Community
That Walks With You

Even online, breathing together in real time creates a deep sense of connection. You’ll feel the support of a group that’s also choosing to grow and show up differently.

  • Know you’re not alone in this season of life
  • Feel held by a like-hearted group, even across time zones
  • Carry that felt sense of support into the rest of your day

3. A Tool You Can Use
All Day Long

You won’t just have a nice experience — you’ll leave with a concrete breathwork technique you can access anywhere, anytime you feel yourself getting stirred up.

  • Use it in the car before you walk inside
  • Step into a bathroom and reset in 3–5 minutes
  • Return to your center instead of spiraling into old patterns

What Happens During The Session

A Gentle, Powerful 60-Minute Journey

  • 10:00–10:10 — Arrival & grounding: we set intentions and connect as a group.
  • 10:10–10:20 — Nervous system warm-up: gentle movement and simple breathing to signal safety to your body.
  • 10:20–10:45 — Guided SOMA Breathwork journey with music, cues, and space to release.
  • 10:45–11:00 — Integration, reflection, and learning a simple technique you can use later in the day.

You can participate with your camera on or off, from anywhere you have a quiet, comfortable space to lie down or sit back.

Who This Is Perfect For

  • You feel anxious, heavy, or activated going into family holidays.
  • You want to show up calm, kind, and clear — not on edge or shut down.
  • You’re in a season of growth and don’t want to abandon yourself on big family days.
  • You’re curious about SOMA Breathwork and want a safe, guided first experience.

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • A calmer, more regulated nervous system before Easter unfolds.
  • A felt sense of being supported and not alone this season.
  • A step-by-step breathwork technique you can use later that same day.
  • A deeper connection to your own body, boundaries, and inner safety.

A Safe, Guided Space to Breathe, Feel, and Reset

SOMA Breathwork is a rhythmic, music-led breathing practice that helps regulate your nervous system, clear emotional build-up, and access deeper states of clarity and calm. It’s accessible, science-backed, and powerful — without being overwhelming.

Destinē is a certified SOMA Breath Transformational Coach. Your guide specializes in holding gentle, trauma-aware spaces around high-stakes life moments — holidays, transitions, and seasons of deep inner change.

  • Clear, step-by-step guidance — you’re never left guessing what to do.
  • Options and modifications so you can honor your body at every moment.
  • Integration time so you don’t just “blast off” and then go straight into your day.
  • Space for you to come exactly as you are — emotional, tender, hopeful, or exhausted.

If you’ve never done breathwork before, this is a beautiful first step. If you’re experienced, this is a powerful way to anchor your practices into a meaningful day.

Questions Before You Breathe?

Easter Breathwork FAQ

Do I need any experience with breathwork?

No experience is required. You’ll receive clear, step-by-step guidance the entire time, along with options to make the practice gentler or more active based on what your body needs.

What do I need to prepare?

Ideally, a quiet space where you can lie down or recline comfortably, a good internet connection, and headphones or speakers for music. A blanket, pillow, and eye mask can make the experience even more nourishing, but they’re optional.

Is it really donation-based? What if I can’t give right now?

Yes. This gathering is truly open to anyone, regardless of finances. You’ll receive an optional donation link after registering. You are welcome to attend even if you are not in a position to give at this time.

Will there be a replay if I can’t make it live?

This session is designed to be experienced live so we can breathe together in real time. A replay may not be guaranteed, so if at all possible, plan to join us at 10:00AM CST.

Is SOMA Breathwork safe for everyone?

SOMA Breathwork is generally safe for most people when practiced as instructed. If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or any serious medical conditions, please consult your healthcare provider first and let your facilitator know. You’ll always be invited to modify or slow down if needed.
