Destinē is a certified SOMA Breath Transformational Coach. Your guide specializes in holding gentle, trauma-aware spaces around high-stakes life moments — holidays, transitions, and seasons of deep inner change.
If you’ve never done breathwork before, this is a beautiful first step. If you’re experienced, this is a powerful way to anchor your practices into a meaningful day.
No experience is required. You’ll receive clear, step-by-step guidance the entire time, along with options to make the practice gentler or more active based on what your body needs.
Ideally, a quiet space where you can lie down or recline comfortably, a good internet connection, and headphones or speakers for music. A blanket, pillow, and eye mask can make the experience even more nourishing, but they’re optional.
Yes. This gathering is truly open to anyone, regardless of finances. You’ll receive an optional donation link after registering. You are welcome to attend even if you are not in a position to give at this time.

SOMA Breathwork is generally safe for most people when practiced as instructed. If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or any serious medical conditions, please consult your healthcare provider first and let your facilitator know. You’ll always be invited to modify or slow down if needed.
