Overview

Energy of Creation ("EOC," "we," "us") is a 508(c)(1)(a) nonprofit wellness community. Payments made for programs, courses, workshops, memberships, events, and digital resources through our platforms are voluntary contributions that support our mission of breaking cycles and building futures through accessible wellness education.

This Contribution Policy explains how contributions work, what they support, and what you can expect when you contribute to Energy of Creation.

1. Contributions, Not Purchases

When you make a payment to Energy of Creation for access to any of our programs, courses, workshops, events, or digital resources, you are making a voluntary contribution to a nonprofit organization — not a commercial purchase.

In exchange for your contribution, EOC provides you with access to the educational content, community, or experience you contributed toward, as described at the time of enrollment.

This distinction matters because:

Your contribution directly funds our nonprofit mission

EOC is able to price its programs significantly below market rate because of our nonprofit structure and commitment to accessibility

All contributions are final, consistent with standard nonprofit contribution practices

2. All Contributions Are Final

Energy of Creation does not issue refunds on contributions.

Because your payment is a charitable contribution to a nonprofit organization — not a commercial transaction — all sales are final at the time of payment. This applies to and is not limited to:

Course and program enrollment fees

Workshop and training contributions

Membership contributions

Event and retreat contributions

Any digital resources or materials

We strongly encourage you to review all available information about a program before contributing, and to reach out with any questions before enrolling. We are happy to answer questions and help you determine whether a program is right for you before you commit.

3. What Your Contribution Supports

Every contribution to Energy of Creation directly funds our mission of making professional wellness and human performance education accessible to everyday people — particularly those in BIPOC, working-class, queer, and neurodivergent communities who have historically been underserved by the wellness industry.

Your contribution supports:

Development and ongoing improvement of EOC's educational programs and resources

Community infrastructure that makes peer support and connection possible

Tuition assistance for participants who cannot afford standard contribution amounts

EOC's events, breathwork circles, and community programming

The operational sustainability of a nonprofit wellness organization

4. Tuition Assistance

Energy of Creation believes that financial barriers should not prevent access to healing education. A limited number of tuition assistance spots are available for each program, workshop cohort, and intensive.

If you are interested in tuition assistance, please reach out to us at [email protected] before enrolling. Assistance is awarded based on need and availability, and requires a brief application. We honor every request with care and without judgment.

5. Program Access and Delivery

When you contribute to an EOC program, course, or resource, you receive the access described at the time of enrollment. Specifically:

Digital courses and resources (including the Complete Content Creation Mastery System and related programs) are hosted in our GoKollab community platform. Access is provided to the email address used at checkout and begins immediately upon successful contribution processing.

Lifetime access means access for as long as Energy of Creation operates the program in its current form. EOC reserves the right to update, modify, or retire content with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.

Live workshops and sessions are scheduled in advance. Session recordings are made available within 24 hours of the live session in GoKollab for participants who cannot attend live.

Events and intensives are held at the scheduled times and locations communicated upon enrollment. In the event EOC must cancel or significantly reschedule a live event, see Section 6 below.

6. EOC-Initiated Changes and Cancellations

If EOC cancels a live event or intensive:

We will notify registered participants as soon as possible and offer one of the following, at EOC's discretion: a reschedule to the next available date, a credit toward a future EOC program of equivalent or greater value, or, in cases of full cancellation with no reschedule planned, a contribution refund.

If EOC cancels a digital program:

In the rare event that a digital program is permanently discontinued, enrolled participants will receive advance notice and, where possible, transition support to equivalent EOC content. Contribution refunds for discontinued digital programs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Program modifications:

EOC reserves the right to update program content, materials, and delivery formats as our organization grows and our curriculum evolves. Updates are provided to enrolled participants at no additional cost.

7. Payment Plans

When you enroll in an EOC program using a payment plan, you are agreeing to complete all scheduled payments regardless of your usage of the program content. Partial completion of a payment plan does not constitute grounds for discontinuing remaining payments.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a contribution made to Energy of Creation — a nonprofit organization — may constitute fraud. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your financial institution.

We are committed to resolving concerns in good faith and will respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.

9. Tax Considerations

Energy of Creation is organized as a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based nonprofit. Contributions to 508(c)(1)(a) organizations occupy a distinct category under U.S. tax law that differs from contributions to 501(c)(3) organizations. Specifically:

Contributions to EOC may or may not be tax-deductible depending on your individual circumstances, the nature of the contribution, and what goods or services were received in exchange

EOC does not provide tax receipts or acknowledgment letters confirming deductibility

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified tax professional regarding the deductibility of any contribution you make to EOC
