What is the bio-individuality assessment?

It's a comprehensive questionnaire (10–15 minutes to complete) that analyzes your unique constitution from multiple angles—Ayurvedic dosha, nervous system tendencies, lifestyle patterns, stress responses, and more. You'll complete it after booking and send me your results at least 2 days before our appointment so I can come fully prepared.

How long does the whole process take from booking to receiving my plan?

Typically 2–3 weeks. You book and complete payment → complete the assessment within 24 hours → send results 2+ days before your appointment → we have your 60-minute session → you receive your plan within 5–7 days → we schedule your follow-up call within 7 days of receiving your plan.

I work weird hours / night shifts / unpredictable schedule. Will this still work?

Yes. This is exactly why customization matters. I design your plan around YOUR schedule, not some ideal 9–5. If you work nights, your "morning" practice is when you actually wake up. If your schedule changes, we build flexible protocols that can adapt.

I've tried breathwork before and it didn't work. How is this different?

Most people try random techniques without understanding their nervous system state or dosha. You might have been doing activating practices when you needed calming, or vice versa. What if I don't have time for long practices?

Nervous system regulation through breathwork helps with all of these. However, if you're dealing with severe mental health issues, trauma, or medical conditions, this should complement (not replace) professional care. I'm not a therapist or doctor. But I can give you tools that support your nervous system while you work with other professionals.

What if the plan doesn't work for me?

During the first 2 weeks, we have check-in support. If something isn't working, we adjust. Bodies are different, and sometimes we need to tweak the approach. I'm committed to finding what works for YOU. That said, breathwork requires consistency—you have to actually practice the plan for it to work. If you do it once and give up, no plan will help.

Is this a one-time purchase or ongoing?
