Private Membership Agreement
Clarification of Terms: For the purposes of this document, any reference made to “Energy of Creation” shall be understood to refer specifically to Energy of Creation Church, which operates as a Private Members Association (PMA) under the spiritual jurisdiction of a 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based organization.
Private Membership Association (PMA), Member Covenant Agreement: By joining Energy Of Creation Church, and/or any website or Social Media Group started by, created by, maintained, or organized by the Association, I agree to the terms and conditions of the Energy Of Creation Church, Agreement as follows. This Member Covenant Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned individual ("Member") and the Energy of Creation (the "Association"), a private, faith-based spiritual fellowship governed by private contract law, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and protected under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Welcome, beloved. You are now entering into a sacred covenant — not with a business, but with a spiritual community, a living ministry, and with your own divine remembrance. This agreement is your formal acknowledgment of alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Energy of Creation Church, a 508(c)(1)(A) Private Members Association.
By affirming this covenant, you declare your sacred intent to grow, heal, and co-create within this protected spiritual container.

Purpose of the Association:
This Association of Members, forming a body politic, hereby declares that our mission is to exist as a society living in peace under inherent law, to provide mutual benefits to all Members and to protect our Members’ rights to enter into private agreement through our inherent right to freedom.
The purpose of the Energy of Creation Private Members Association is to provide private, sacred, and spiritually-based services to its members, including but not limited to:
- Breathwork and pranayama practices
- Sound healing and vibrational therapies
- Embodiment movement and ecstatic dance
- Spiritual counseling, guidance, and coaching
- Educational events, rituals, and retreats
- Community support, integration circles, and wellness gatherings
All services are available only to members of the Association and are not open to the general public.

Membership Covenant:
By participating in any offer, service, product, etc in connection with this private members agreement, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. I align with the Declaration of Faith and understand this is a spiritual, not commercial, relationship.
2. I join this ministry by voluntary spiritual consent, not through government license or civil contract.
3. I understand and agree that all services offered by the Association are spiritual, educational, and faith-based in nature and not public healthcare, legal, or licensed medical services.
4. I recognize that all sessions, teachings, ceremonies, and offerings are faith-based services and are protected under the First Amendment as religious expressions.
5. I affirm that I am entering into this agreement of my own free will and in alignment with my personal spiritual growth and sovereignty.
6. I accept that all information, practices, and teachings within this space are offered for members only, in private capacity.
7. I agree that donations and member contributions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific offer.
8. I agree that retreats and events may have separate cancellation policies; please refer to event details.
9. I agree to uphold the energy of respect, safety, and sacredness in all interactions.
10. I commit to treating all members with integrity, respect, and non-judgment in accordance with the values of the Association.
11. I understand that my participation is governed by this private contract and not subject to public law or oversight.
12. I agree not to share login access, record, share or publish materials, discussions, or teachings received within the Association without written permission.
13. I accept that my membership can be revoked at any time by the Association's leadership for behavior that violates the safety, trust, or sanctity of the space.
14. I agree that membership can be cancelled at any time by contacting our team, but access to content will be revoked immediately upon cancellation.
15. I agree that all disputes shall be handled privately, peacefully, and internally, in accordance with the spirit of the Association.
16. I enter this container with the intent to heal, grow, serve, and remember who I truly am.
As Members, we affirm jurisdiction under inherent law as God’s law. Furthermore, we regard the Constitution for the United States of America and the Declaration of Independence as conscious documents devised by men to protect our God granted unalienable rights. Additionally, we confirm that these documents were created to preserve our freedom and to protect our rights and no legislative body shall make a law prohibiting these rights. The First Amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America protects the free exercise of our religion and guarantees our Members the rights of free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of advising and helping one another in asserting our rights under God’s laws. This Agreement is entered to maintain and protect all rights, constitutional guarantees and freedom of choice over our lives and bodies for every Member of our Association.
We proclaim the freedom to choose and create between our Members private agreements governing aspects of our lives in these 3 distinct areas:
I) spiritual endeavors
II) private agreements for the exchange of energy between private members
III) how we steward resources
I understand that any fellow Member of the Association that may provide advice regarding legal matters does so in the capacity of a fellow Member and not in any licensed capacity. I further understand that within the Association no attorney-client nor any other licensed professional or similar legal relations exists between the Members. This Agreement is between Members of the Association in private relations. In confirmation, I have freely chosen to make my legal status in this Agreement - not as a public client - rather as a private Member of the Association. I further understand I am entirely responsible to consider the advice and recommendations offered to me by my fellow Members and to educate myself as to the efficacy, risk, and desirability of any recommendations. All choices are my own carefully considered decisions. Any request by me to a fellow Member to assist me or provide me with the aforementioned advice, etc., is my own free decision in an exercise of my rights and made by me for my benefit and I agree to hold any and each trustee, board member, minister, staff, co-Member and any associated agency, ministry or auxiliaries of the Association harmless from any unintentional liability from the results of such advice or recommendations.
In addition, I understand that, the Association’s right to make private agreement between its Members and with non-members is protected by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, as well as other governmental agreements. Accordingly, the Members are operating without the jurisdiction of any government jurisdiction, no matter the Federal, State, territory, county, province or any other local Governmental Agencies or Authorities. Any and all complaints or grievances against the Association, any Trustees, board member, Members, agencies, auxiliaries or other associated staff persons are covered by this Agreement. All rights to file complaints or grievances, including yet not limited to when in attendance or participation in any Association activity is now voluntarily waived by the Member with the intention to be settled by an independent mediator. I understand all Member’s voluntarily waive all legal actions and rights to file a statutory complaint against the Association. Any legal records kept by the Association will be strictly protected and only released to parties identified in such records upon written request of the Member. Members agree not to disclose to any non-member the practices or procedures of the Association and agree not to compete in any way with the practices and procedures of the Association. I agree that violation of any terms in this members agreement will result in loss of members and any resulting harm will be addressed in private binding mediation. Any complaint filed by a Member or assigns for legal remedy will be dismissed or remanded for binding mediation according to the terms of this Agreement.
I agree to join the Association, a private members association under common law, whose Members seek to help each other achieve mutual benefits to live a high vibrational quality of life.
As a Member, I accept the goal of doing my part to live in peace with all people and I understand the techniques and strategies discussed within the Association strive to meet this objective. I also acknowledge that no agreement or recommendation is foolproof. I fully accept the risk that I might suffer adverse consequences from my choice to enter into a private agreement as recommended by the Association or its Members. I will not sign my name to any agreement suggested, used by or recommended from the Association until I thoroughly understand any such document and consent to the terms therein.
My activities within the Association are protected by this private contract and precludes me from sharing any information with any court or state bar, or any non-Association agency. All records and documents remain as property of the Association, even if I receive a copy of them. I fully agree not to file a legal malpractice lawsuit against a fellow Member of the Association, unless that Member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, as expressed by the U.S. Supreme Court. I acknowledge that the Members of the Association do not carry any type of insurance related to activities of the Association.
I enter into this Agreement of my own free will without any pressure or promise of results. I affirm that I do not represent any state or federal agency whose purpose is to regulate the practice of law. I have read and understood this document, and any questions I considered have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from the Association and terminate my members in this Association at any time, yet agree to abide by these terms for a period of 20 years thereafter. This Agreement supersedes any previous agreement.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance:
I understand that this church is a Private Members Association. I enter of my own free will and agree that no public or governmental authority has jurisdiction over these sacred services. This agreement is spiritual and private in nature, and shall be interpreted under Divine and Natural Law.
