For the purposes of this document, any reference made to “Energy of Creation” shall be understood to refer specifically to Energy of Creation Church, which operates as a Private Members Association (PMA) under the spiritual jurisdiction of a 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based organization.

Welcome to Energy of Creation, a Private, Faith-Based Membership Association. These Terms of Use govern your participation in our online and in-person spaces, offerings, services, and programs.

By entering this space, you agree to honor the sacred container of our community, respect our values, and abide by the following terms.

1. Private Membership Association Agreement

By accessing our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily joining a private, spiritual association and all interactions, programs, services, and products are offered in a private domain, not in public commerce.

• This Association operates under the protections of Constitutionally-protected spiritual, religious, and educational freedoms.

• You agree not to share, distribute, or replicate any of the materials, teachings, or content received here in public domains without written permission.

• You are engaging with Energy of Creation as a member, not as a customer, and all services rendered are between members of a private association.

2. Member Conduct

As a member of Energy of Creation, you agree to:

• Honor the sanctity and privacy of fellow members.

• Communicate with kindness, compassion, and without judgment.

• Respect the diversity of identities, including but not limited to BIPOC, Queer, Genderqueer, Neurodiverse, and Spiritually Expansive individuals.

• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disrespect of any kind.

• Use the tools, resources, and services offered for personal and spiritual development, not for harm, misuse, or commercial exploitation.

3. Educational and Spiritual Purpose

All content, classes, programs, workshops, videos, writings, and materials are provided for:

• Educational and spiritual use only.

• They are not substitutes for medical, psychological, or legal advice and should not be interpreted as such.

• You are responsible for your own health, well-being, and decisions made as a result of participating in any offering.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

• What happens in our community stays in our community. Members are expected to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of others.

• Sharing another member’s identity, stories, or private information outside the community is a breach of this agreement.

• You agree to not record, duplicate, or disseminate community calls, events, or workshops unless explicitly permitted.

5. Website and Online Content

You agree not to:

• Misuse, reproduce, or distribute our website content for commercial gain.

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated systems to access data or member info.

• Post harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content on any of our platforms.

6. Termination of Access

Energy of Creation reserves the right to:

• Remove any member who violates the spirit or terms of this agreement.

• Refuse entry to anyone who does not align with the values and vision of our sacred community.

• Discontinue services or access to specific content at our discretion, with or without notice, to preserve the safety of our members.

7. Liability and Responsibility

By participating in any program, session, event, or offering:

• You accept full responsibility for your own experiences and outcomes.

• You agree to hold harmless Energy of Creation, its stewards, guides, and collaborators from any claims, losses, or damages.

8. Sacred Disclaimer

Our work is rooted in the belief that each person is a spiritual being having a human experience. While profound transformation is possible through our offerings, your growth journey is your own. We offer tools, not guarantees. Miracles are a co-creation.
